How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy periods this may take slightly longer, but we always aim to process orders as quickly as possible.
What delivery service do you use?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
Delivery times depend on the postal service once the order has been dispatched.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment, delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, details will be updated on the website.
Can I personalise a card or product?
Some items may offer personalisation options. If personalisation is available, instructions will be shown on the product page.
Please make sure all spelling and details are correct before placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided work has not already started on personalised items.
Once production of a personalised item has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Can I return my order?
If an item is personalised or made to order, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty or damaged.
For non-personalised items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
This policy follows UK consumer protection laws including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details and photographs if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your order appears delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help track the parcel with the delivery provider.

Can you send a greeting card directly to the recipient?
Yes, we can send cards directly to the recipient if requested. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address when placing your order.
If you would like a message written inside the card, please include the wording in the order notes where available.
Are your greeting cards handmade?
Yes. All designs from Country Rose Norfolk Designs are created with care and attention to detail. Each card is designed and prepared in the UK.
Because our items are handmade, there may occasionally be small variations which make every card unique.
What size are your greeting cards?
Card sizes may vary depending on the design due to these being hand cut, but the dimensions will always be listed clearly on the product page.

Do your cards come with envelopes?
Yes. All greeting cards are supplied with a brown Kraft envelope so they are ready to send or gift.
Can I request a custom design?
We may occasionally accept requests for custom designs depending on availability.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
If you are interested in ordering a larger quantity of cards, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Are your cards environmentally friendly?
We aim to use quality materials and packaging wherever possible. Packaging is kept minimal to reduce waste while ensuring your order is protected and arrives safely.
Do you add receipts or prices inside parcels?
No. We do not include pricing information in parcels, making it suitable if you are sending a card directly as a gift.
