Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy follows the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

Personalised Items

Personalised or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in appropriate packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs to assess the issue before arranging a replacement or refund.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided work has not started on personalised items.

Once production of personalised items has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
