Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all purchases made through Country Rose Norfolk Designs.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if necessary due to pricing errors, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Working Days
Business operating days: Monday to Saturday
Postal dispatch days: Monday to Friday
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery
Orders are sent via Royal Mail and are currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been dispatched.
If a parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy follows the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Personalised Items
Personalised or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Non-Personalised Items
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Be returned in appropriate packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs to assess the issue before arranging a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided work has not started on personalised items.
Once production of personalised items has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Customs & Import Taxes
If international shipping is offered in the future, buyers will be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
